No worries.  Every month we offer new classes that will be starting.  Due to the amount of supplies/textbooks we order ahead of time, we do not offer refunds of deposits or tuition.  However, we continue to offer a variety of class times to fit the needs of each student.  Any student not able to make a class time that they registered for is given the opportunity to move to any other class in the future.

  • Virginia Medical Training Academy cancelled my class. What will happen now?

In the rare event that the academy has to cancel a class, you will be notified immediately.  You will be offered a seat in the next available class (or future class).  If that will not work for your schedule, we will issue you a refund of your deposit/tuition.
